Atrump offers a wide selection of high quality machine tools, at very affordable prices. We would never claim to have the worlds best machine or the one size that fits the needs of everyone. By offering milling machines at 4 different price levels, Atrump is likely to have the right machine for your shop. These 4 categories are: 1. Manual mills and lathes. There are a large number of jobs that can be quickly completed by the use of a manual milling machine or lathe. We have several models to choose from. Each can be bundled with your choice of DRO, quick change (snap) tool holders and cutting tools. Having a good manual machine can keep your CNC equipment running uninterrupted. 2. CNC knee mill. Atrump builds a terrific, low cost, 3 axis, entry level knee mill. Actually I have delivered many of these to some very accomplished job shops. The 3VK CNC knee mill can be used manually (X,Y,Z handles are included) or as a 2 axis or 3 axis or 4 axis programmable CNC mill. 3. The E series (economical) line of Atrump milling machines Include open CNC bed mills (no ATC) and open machining centers (with automatic tool changers). Atrump engineers were tasked with developing a line of milling machines that would maintain the company reputation for ease of use and high accuracy while providing the customer with a low cost long life tool. This team had full authority over all aspects of machine design and manufacturing. Much of this team's overall cost savings were developed through improved manufacturing processes. Their result is a series of full featured CNC milling machines combining high accuracy and long life with great value. 4. At the top of Atrump's milling center line up is their M class. A true mastery in CNC machine tool technology. These machines are often compared favorably with other high end brand name machines. The M series is a serious competitor in the “top of the line” category of machining centers. Atrump is not limited to one control.
